Maribel Garza assisted my family is buying and selling our home. It took her less than 30 minutes to found the type of house and the type of neighbor hood I had described to her that I preferred. She is a very good listener, attentive and professional during the time she was working with our family. She is a very good in negotiation and she helped us save a lot. She is very knowledgeable about her real estate job and most important the right of her clients. she is also well aware of the complicated rules with regards to bank financing, etc She is also aware of inspection and what her client should look for when buying a house. Maribel is excellent and is very organize and very good in keeping appointment. She has awesome communication skill and makes her clients feel comfortable in all her professional dealing . After our home was in the market for a while, she advised us to do some modification she recommended. We took her advise and after the modification she sold the house the next week. She is very good and personate about her job. Not only is she knowledgeable about her real estate profession, she also is well knowledgeable of other companies that provides services her client will need in the course of buying a house and even after you buy the house. This she explained to us also. Maribel also does not carry herself or see herself as one who is above her client in any way e.g status wise etc. for example during the time our house was being modified, she went to Walmart her self and purchased items she feels that will help elevate the attractiveness of the house. She even helped to scrub the damage area during this time. She is very humble as a person regardless of her job. After Maribel sold our house and we bought our home at Kahlo Loop through her she kept contact with our family to make sure we are please. I will at any time recommend Maribel to a family member or a friend looking for a house because she is very good, honest, and will not disappoint you.
